This page explains how [Ecoheal company legal name] (“Ecoheal”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit the VANE early-bird page and sign up for launch updates. We handle your personal data in line with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign up.
- Your answers to the optional questions on the page (for example, who rides in your car and what you have tried for your car’s air).
- How you found us: the campaign tags in the link you clicked (such as utm_source), the page language and the time you signed up.
- How you use the page: clicks, scrolling and device information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies and analytics” below).
Why we use it
- To email you about VANE’s launch, early-bird pricing and related offers.
- To understand what our customers need, so we can improve the product and this page.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
By submitting your email, you consent to us using your personal data for these purposes. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your choices” below).
Cookies and analytics
This page uses:
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) to measure visits and sign-ups from our Facebook and Instagram ads. When you sign up, we tell Meta that a sign-up happened and which answers you chose. We do not send your email address to Meta.
- Microsoft Clarity to see, in aggregate, how visitors scroll and click, including session replays that let us see how the page is used. Clarity masks text you type into forms.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this campaign, and only for the purposes above:
- Google (data storage), Mailchimp (sending emails), Meta and Microsoft (as described above);
- our marketing agency, which manages this campaign on our behalf.
These providers may store data outside Singapore. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
We keep your data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or for up to 12 months after the VANE crowdfunding campaign ends, whichever comes first.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails.
- Access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing [contact email]. We will respond within 30 days.
